Getting Started is Simple

1. Fill Out the Introduction Questionnaire
Start by filling out the short questionnaire below. This helps me get a sense of what you're looking for so we can see if 1-on-1 coaching is the right fit for you.

2. Fill Out the Onboarding Questionnaire
You will receive this in a follow-up introduction email from me. This will give me the insight I need into your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any limitations, so I can build a plan that’s specific to you and your routine.

3. Custom Program Design
Using your responses, I’ll create a personalized kettlebell training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and preferences - including smart progressions, built-in flexibility, and any necessary modifications.

4. Program Review & Feedback
You’ll get a chance to review the first week of your program and share any initial thoughts. I’ll fine-tune things based on your feedback before we dive in.

5. Nutrition Tracking Setup
I’ll get you set up with a free Cronometer account through my coaching portal so you can log meals and track nutrition. I’ll monitor your entries and provide targeted feedback to help you stay aligned with your goals.

6. Weekly Check-Ins & Ongoing Support
You’ll have ongoing access to me via email or Discord for questions, form checks, and real-life adjustments. Plus, we’ll check in weekly to review progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and plan the week ahead, together.
