Meet your coach:
I’m Jeremy, and like a lot of people, I spent years beating up my body in the gym - chasing bigger lifts and grinding through bro split after bro split. Then I found kettlebells, and everything changed.
They gave me the freedom to train more efficiently, move with purpose, and finally stop wrecking my joints in the name of progress. Kettlebells brought back what fitness should be about: feeling good, being capable, and staying consistent.
As a dad, functional training has become a necessity. I don’t have hours to spend in the gym, but I do have 20 minutes, a kettlebell or two, and a deep commitment to moving well and showing up for the long haul.
I created The Happy Kettlebelling Club to help people, especially beginners and busy parents, discover that getting stronger doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need a fancy setup or endless time. Just the right plan, the right tools, and a supportive community to back you up.
