6-Week Consistency Challenge
Here’s how it works:
Weekly drop - Sundays 8am CT: Get 4 fresh kettlebell complexes with video demos and a clear plan. Do 3–4/week based on your schedule.
Simple structure: 20–35 minutes; 1–2 kettlebells (moderate + heavy ideal). Formats include AMRAP, EMOM ladders, density, and flows.
Example week: A Power • B Strength • C Conditioning • D Skill/Flow (each has exact reps/timing + a reference video).
Log & points (30–60s): Log inside HKC Weekly. +1 per complex (max 4), +1 streak for 3–4 sessions, +1 for one community update. Deadline: Sundays 11:59pm CT.
Prizes: Top consistency stories earn HKC programs, merch, and partner goodies (announced within 72 hours after Week 6).
Train smart: Beginner options are built in.
