I've been a member for 6 months and I just renewed. These are real workouts, that you will actually do, that will actually make you stronger and fitter. They come fresh every week and maintain a core similarity but also a consistent variety. The movements are approachable but challenging, not "do this crazy move" aspirational stuff. Plus, the club aspect gives a bit of external motivation, and the discord community is very positive and supportive. Do yourself a favor, get stronger and more mobile.
